Free use of portable loan unit during breakdown or recovery
Silver Exchange provides for a loan unit to be sent to your site to protect your critical systems while your UPS is at one of our service centres. This loan unit is sent out as soon as a call is placed, and returned to Power Tech once the original UPS is returned to site.
Freight is charged to the customer's account.
Parts and factory-labour provided free of charge
All parts (excluding batteries & battery replacement labour) are provided free of charge on a changeover basis. The UPS will be repaired with new or fully reconditioned parts as required. Repairs to equipment returned to Power Tech's Victoria or Sydney Service Centre are normally processed within 5 working days on a best effort basis.
24 hour telephone support service
Silver Exchange customers are entitled to free telephone technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Power Tech's National Call Centre.
